Experimenting with pastry, we found ourselves at the end of the day with an apron full of random stains that, without any definite purpose, ended up forming a natural pattern made of pastry ingredients that were splashed with each preparation.
A white apron covered in flour and melted cocoa is the origin of this pattern that tastes like cake and smells like cake fresh from the oven.
